Leasing a horse from Family Horse Ranch could not be easier. You can buy a horse and then you have to think about all the up keep involved. Boarding, feeding, grooming, vet visits, shots.... and the list goes on and on. How about you decide to go and buy a horse. The horse is great when you see it, and you choose to make it yours. Then you get home and a day or two later this horse is not acting the way it did when you first road him. Now what do you do. This can be more of a hassle then anything. 


At Family Horse Ranch you can lease your horse on a month to month or for the year. we offer full and partial lease programs. This way if you choose a horse and you do not like him you can just cancel and find another. 
 
Partial Lease: You will have access to the horse that you lease any day as long as you provide 24 hour notification to Family Horse Ranch. This way the Ranch does not book lessons or any other event with that horse. The horse is only available on site and adjacent trails. The cost for partial board is $250.00 per month. if you sign a yearly lease it runs $2400.00 for the year and you save $300.00 on your annual lease. 


Full Lease: You will have full access to the horse anytime you like show up and ride. no reservations needed. This is your horse. Feel free to use the property and trails as well as training equipment. IF you have a horse trailer you can even take the horse to other locations to ride. You will have to have liability insurance to cover the horse in case of an accident. You will also receive 8 free riding lessons with the horse. The cost for full lease is $425.00 per month. If yo sign a yearly lease it runs $4800.00 and you save $660.00 on your annual lease and lessons.


 You can also rent tack if you do not have it already.


And leave everything else to FHR to do. We feed the horse turn them out and make sure they are ready and waiting for you to ride.

Fancy is a beautify Rat Tail Quarter Horse. She is trained western and in reining. She is a wonderful  intermediate horse. Great for a confidant rider. She is fifteen years old and has been with family horse ranch now for eight months. Once you come to the ranch you will fall in love with her charming ready to please attitude. She is a very easy going horse and gets along with most everyone. Please feel free to contact us to set an appointment to meet with her.
